Course Information

Autumn Master Classes in gardening techniques and landscaping. Whether you are already a keen gardener, just starting out, or looking for a career change - book onto our Autumn Master Classes to get top tips from the professionals. We will be celebrating all things horticultural with a day dedicated to activities in the garden. You will be able to enjoy the grounds and gardens throughout the day and see areas not usually open to the public. Family craft and science activities will also be available so that everyone can share the experience.

The Master Classes will run morning and afternoon and should be booked in advance. Choose from: Propagation - growing from seeds and cuttings, Autumn Lawn Care - what your grass needs to survive the winter, Autumn Pruning - what to do now to get the best flowers, fruit and foliage next season, Landscaping - laying slabs and repointing patios, The Historic Garden - a guided walking tour through the Kingston Maurward Gardens, Garden Machinery - choosing and maintaining the right machine for your trees, lawns and soil, Greenwood Crafts - have a go at willow weaving and look at making rustic furniture.
