Business Administration Apprentices provide administrative support within an office environment such as solicitors' offices, financial management companies, design companies, the NHS, and the Police Service.

Tasks can include: Making and receiving telephone calls, Managing diaries, Organising travel, Organising meetings and events, Handling correspondence, Creating documents, Developing presentations.

    Delivery of this course is in the workplace, with weekly workshops held at college.
Entry Requirements
  • There are no formal entry requirements. You will need a strong interest in administration and be keen to learn new skills. GCSE maths, English and ICT A*-C are an advantage.

    You will be required to find suitable relevant employment. Advanced Apprentices should be working at a Senior Member/Team Leader level.
