Teacher Training - The Pearson BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training prepares trainee teachers to teach in a range of contexts. There is a significant practice requirement, as this qualification will assess, and provide evidence of, competence when undertaking teaching and/or training responsibilities.

Topics covered include: planning, delivering and evaluating teaching and learning developing the skills to assess learning in education and training developing knowledge around theories, principles and models in education and training understanding professionalism and the influence of professional values in education and training.

This version of the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training is for those holding the Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training looking to top up to the full Level 5 Diploma.
