Nationally recognised additional qualifications and there will be an opportunity to gain National Governing Body (NGB) Awards in kayaking and canoeing.All students will have the opportunity to join the Combined Cadet Force (CCF), Duke of Edinburgh Award scheme (DofE) and can participate in Football and Rugby at various levels with the chance of joining the British Colleges Leagues college team.
Entry Requirements

4 GCSEs at minimum grade 3/D, including English and maths. Must have a strong interest in outdoor adventure/sport/public services.

Course Fees
There are no course fees for eligible students aged 16-18. Students aged 19-25 may also be eligible for government funding or a student loan depending on their circumstances.

It is recommended that applicants set aside approximately £200 for additional NGB training, off-site activities/trips and essential kit. All personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided. A uniform will also be required which will cost in the region of £50. |
Materials Required
Basic stationery - pens, pencils, A4 lever arch folders, ruler and eraser. Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear. Uniform.
