Are you looking for a career where you can help protect and enhance our wildlife and countryside? This is an ideal introductory course which will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge that will help you towards gaining employment within the wildlife, conservation and habitat and green space industries. The course will give you experience in a range of professional aspects of the industry. You will complete industry experience one day per week work experience within a local organisation.

There are no course fees for eligible students aged 16-18. Students aged 19-25 may also be eligible for government funding or a student loan depending on their circumstances. |

Basic Stationery; Calculator, Pens, paper and lever arch files. Suitable Outdoor Clothing - The clothing must be suitable for environment, weather and time of year, Protective Overalls, Steel Toe Capped Work Boots, Hi-vis yellow vest. Department uniform Uniform (polo shirt and sweat shirt). Tetanus protection is recommended. All protective equipment will be inspected by the Course Manager
